The driver of the other vehicle, also a man in his 30s, and a passenger in the vehicle also suffered minor injuries.
The police vehicle was traveling west on Brannan Street while another vehicle was traveling south on Fifth Street.
An officer driving the vehicle and another officer in the passenger’s seat both suffered minor injuries.

The situation started at about 2:00 a.m. at the Lamborghini dealership located in the 600 block of Central Expressway.
Meanwhile, investigators have started collecting evidence from the car dealership in Richardson.
