LANSING, Mich. (WXYZ) – Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan unveiled his bipartisan outline to reduce auto insurance averages in the state of Michigan at the capitol on Tuesday morning.
Joined with Michigan home Speaker Tom Leonard & State Rep. Lana Theis, Duggan’s outline would reduce drivers’ vehicle insurance averages 20 % on Rate.
It would finish the state’s demandant which all drivers pay for unlimited lifetime health insurance out of their auto insurers, no matter where they have healthcare.
“It’s clear which no-fault is collapsing & no doing what it was designed to do, & which’s costing Michigan drivers dearly,” Duggan said.
Auto insurers would be subject ot a fee schedule for health services, only such as health insurers.
