Limerick garda catches Person without vehicle insurance 3 times at same spot

“On November 23, 2016, I was on routine watch on Main Street, Kilfinane. I watched Mr Mulvihill driving. I knew he was precluded at the time.
“He conceded at the scene he had no vehicle insurance or driving permit. He said it was a ‘final resort’ that he drove. He said he needed to go to the shop for his little girl,” said Garda McInerney.
On December 11, 2016, the garda halted Mr Mulvihill while driving. He offered “no reason”.
“On January 21, 2017, I saw him halted at an intersection. On observing me he raised his hands and gave a contrite motion,” said Garda McInerney, who included that Mr Mulvihill had two past feelings for no protection.
