Audi to skip 2019 Detroit auto display , joining BMW, Benz

The German premium brand told Automotive break news on Thursday that it going to skip the 2019 North American International Auto display , joining luxury rivals BMW & Mercedes-Benz on the sidelines of the January display at Cobo Center in Detroit.
In a statement, Audi said the brand “has had a long & successful history at NAIAS, debuting countless models that Audi customers enjoy today.
For 2019, we have decided that we won’t included in NAIAS.
BMW & Mercedes previously said they would skip the 2019 Detroit display , that has been pressured in recent years with competition from the much larger CES (previously known as the user Electronics display ) in Las Vegas.
Due to its larger venue & bigger crowds, automakers have benefited from its prominent platform to launch Fresh cars.
