Mercedes Benz told to pay ten lakh for ‘unfair trade’

The National user Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has directed Mercedes Benz India to pay a compensation of ₹ ten lakh to a complainant for toting out “unfair trade”.

In their defence, Mercedes Benz argued that the “influence wasn’t of enough power ” to trigger inflation of airbags & that the side airbags did’nt get deployed as it was a frontal collision.
The court of law referred to the owner’s manual that said the airbags would be triggered just if a collision happens at a force ‘exceeding a predetermined standard’.
But, the court of law observed that the manual did’nt disclose what the ‘predetermined standard’ was.

Tiemoue Bakayoko car crash: See Chelsea midfielder’s damaged Mercedes Benz

Fresh Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko was participate in a car crash as he was making his method from training on Thursday.
Bakayoko is a 23-year-old France worldwide who moved over from Monaco this summer.
Police said in a statement: “Surrey Police attended Blundel Lane in Oxshot around four.40pm today next a 1 car collision”.
‘Tiemoue told me he was not allowing himself to drive because he thinks it’s also insane driving on the left!
It’s Mysterious if those worries were a contributing factor to the crash, however Surrey police did Approve which the 23-year-old did’nt suffer any hurts .
